UNC offers a lifetime guarantee on our craftsmanship and all materials we use. If any cable fails because of workmanship or defects, we will fix or replace your cable at no charge. We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you want to return a cable because it wasn’t the exact color you wanted or you ordered the wrong size, please keep the cable in new and re-sellable condition and we’ll gladly take it back within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
The UNC Group (“UNC”) warrants to the original purchaser of our cable products purchased from UNC or an authorized UNC reseller that it will be in good working order for a lifetime. “Lifetime” means the reasonable expected lifetime of the product and does not cover normal wear and tear. Should this cable product, in UNC’s opinion, malfunction, UNC will, at its option, repair or replace it at no charge, provided that the cable product has not been subjected to misuse, abuse, misapplication, or non-UNC authorized modifications, alterations and/or repairs. UNC ‘s sole obligation is limited to repair or replacement of the power product as provided above. Any use of the power product for a device for which it is not intended will constitute misuse and is not subject to the warranty.

TO THE EXTENT THE FOREGOING IS NOT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN THE EVENT THE POWER PRODUCT IS PRIMARILY USED FOR PERSONAL, FAMILY, OR HOUSEHOLD PURPOSES, EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THIS POWER PRODUCT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ABOVE ONE YEAR PERIOD.
