Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key customer accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and developing new business from existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Understand customers’ business objectives and provide strategic guidance to achieve them.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales forecasts and customer feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in Data Center Industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Data Center Industry or related field.
  • Previous experience in managing large accounts or strategic customers.
